My name is Mark Hoffman. I started playing trumpet in the 5th grade and haven’t stopped since. I’m a graduate of Northern Illinois University where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Trumpet Performance with an emphasis in Jazz Studies. Soon after graduation, I toured nationally and internationally as a member of the Glenn Miller Orchestra before returning home to the Chicago area to get married and start a family. Since then, I’ve continued to make music my career as a trumpet player and instructor, teaching trumpet lessons to students of all ages for over 25 years. I look forward to helping you along in your musical journey!
